What I also find interesting is I would have sworn Red Rooster was located in Templestowe Lower, as it is on the northern side of Manningham Road. A check of the Melways reveals an anomaly (often the boundary of the postcode area is the main road), where in this case there is a section encompassing the Metropolitan Ambulance Headquarters, Manningham Centre Nursing Home, Melaleuca Lodge Nursing Hostel and the commercial premises as part of Doncaster. Just to confuse things even further the Lower Templestowe McDonalds which should actually be Templestowe Lower McDonalds is also in Doncaster. Who would have guessed!
